Many plumbing fixture brands (Delta, Mohen etc) may look the same but are very different between the stores. Those sold at plumbing supply houses are made of a much higher quality (metal finish vs painted plastic), with better internal materials (brass fittings vs plastic fittings) and warranted longer.
We warranty our workmanship for one year after installation. We also warranty the products/fixtures we provide for one year plus the manufacturer’s warranty. If the customer provides the fixture/product we still warranty the labor but not the product.
